Hampton Inn Kerrville

The room was cozy and the festive atmosphere, along with their delicious breakfast, really made our christmas party enjoyable. I was actually surprised by how much better my experience was this time.

Cockroach landed on my wife while sleeping. Long black hair on couch and "clean" towels.

The staff at the desk were excellent. They were helpful and gave us great local information.

The breakfast was full of choices,healthy options and not so healthy, usual options. The fresh fruit was a real treat.

Staff at front desk, while friendly did not explain anything on arrival except where to sign. At check out they did not provide a receipt because they said they don't give them if you prepaid. I thought the post it note about the bed sheets being clean was odd. Only a sheer curtain in window so light shown in window all night and no privacy.

I loved the cozy King Room we had . The decor felt modern and fresh. Breakfast offered excellent choices. The food was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We faced a couple of issues. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, causing chilly mornings. Despite these hiccups, the overall atmosphere was nice, and the location was perfect for visiting local attractions.

My king room was functional with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. The bathroom was clean and the beds great. All the services were great. Also, there was free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The staff at Hampton Inn were attentive and efficient . I appreciated the clean and modern King Room with a well-functioning work desk that facilitated my business tasks. The breakfast offerings included fresh fruit and a selection of pastries that provided a great start to my workdays.

No significant complaints .

Spotless and beautifully maintained rooms with a nice hot jacuzzi, and clean pool.

Recommend it for couples needing comfort

The breakfast was really good, i mean, the waffles are DELICIOUS! And the front desk lady, Bonnie, was super nice and helped us with finding dinner reservations.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for a couple of nights, it was still acceptable.
